Submission Guidelines
The research works submitted to the conference must be original and unpublished. All abstracts/full papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process before considering for presentation. The authors may choose to either publish their abstract or full paper in the conference proceedings. The guidelines for the submission process is as follows, (Please refer to the important dates for submission deadline.)

Abstract Submission

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
To submit your abstract for oral or poster presentations, please use this template and submit to the submission system OR email to  msmi2020@cmu.ac.th The abstract should not exceed one page and at least 5 keywords are required. The accepted abstract will be published in the “Book of Abstracts” of the MSMI2020 Conference.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION (OPTIONAL):
Participants can also submit a full paper manuscript. Please use this template to prepare the manuscript and submit to the submission system to prepare the manuscript and submit to the submission system or email to  msmi2020@cmu.ac.th

GUIDELINE FOR ABSTRACT AND FULL PAPER SUBMISSION:

All participants are invited to submit abstracts or full papers. Abstract and full paper will undergo the peer-reviewed process by the Scientific Committee to ensure a quality standard of scientific literature prior to the paper acceptance letter is reached.

A registration is required to create your account through Easy Chair for submission of your abstracts or full papers. However, the payment is not mandatory at this stage, unless you receive the notification of acceptance. Only the accepted abstracts/full papers will be published in the book of abstract or MSMI2020 Proceedings after the full payment of registration fee has been made. (Please make a payment on or before July 8, 2020)

You can check the status of your abstract/full paper submission by logging-in to your account. If your status is not updated within 24 hours after your abstract submission, please do not hesitate to contact us at  msmi2020@cmu.ac.th

POSTER GUIDELINE:

Poster size is A0 (80 cm × 120 cm; width × height) in portrait format ONLY. A poster number will be assigned to each presenter, and will be announced alongside with presentation date. All poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their own posters.

Lettering and Figures: Lettering for the title should be large. Font type and size are not restricted. However, text should be readable from a distance of 1 metre. Simple typefaces are preferable. Figures should be simple and bold and must contain sufficient detail to be able to stand alone, i.e. graph axes clearly labelled, symbols fully explained, etc.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINE:

Time allowance for each presenter;
Keynote speaker: 30 minutes
Oral presentation: 10-15 minutes
